TT Group Golf Event 2026

On Thursday, 3rd September, we hosted our 26th annual TT Group Golf Day at the impressive Nizels Golf and Country Club, Tonbridge. 

The inclusive event provides a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, and industry contacts in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Teams of four teed off in the morning, competing for the coveted prize of annual winner with it going to Harry Spooner (TT Group), James Brine (Strutt & Parker), Iain Gauld (Quastels) and Henry Chamberlyne (Allsop), with Henry being guest individual winner as well – congratulations all, an impressive round of golf. 

Every year we award the TT Group Invitational Cup to the colleague completing the most impressive round – this year congratulations goes to Bruce Keltie. 

The prize for nearest the pin went to Nick Butler of CBRE and longest drive was won by James Clare of Savills.  

For those new to the game, while the teams of four played their rounds, a series of fun lessons were held, introducing driving, chipping and putting. Riley Tillbrook and Monika Mihaylova both at TT Group impressed the instructors to pick up prizes. 

In the afternoon, everyone joined for a friendly (yet competitive!) Texas Scramble over nine holes. This inclusive format creates a great mix of beginners and occasional golfers joining the experienced golfers, creating a fun nine holes of golf for all.

Winners of the front nine were Sam Rosenkranz  (TT Group), Josh Pater (Newmark), Natalie Kitchin (TT Group) and Hugh Bushell (Allsop). 

Winners of the back nine consisted of George Martin (Ingleton Wood), Jonathan Hay (Grant Mills Wood), Simon Smith (Formation) and Tom Marshall (PJCE).
