We conduct an annual employee engagement survey via a third-party provider to really understand how our people feel about working at TT Group and be able to benchmark against other UK firms. 88% of our people participated last time.
We are proud that our overall engagement score is 96%.
'Organisational Integrity’ is one of our highest engagement pillar scores, returning a 98% positive feedback rate, with ‘Engaging Managers’ coming close at 96%. These include questions around opinions being respected and valued, and how line managers support and empower their team members.
We have a range of company funded and supported learning and development programmes and initiatives to develop skills and expand knowledge, ultimately investing in career development and enhancing individual performance.
Formal training programmes are available to all employees.
Professional development and achieving qualifications and accreditations are actively encouraged, as are informal opportunities for continuous growth.
