About us
In the last 25 years, we have completed some of the largest, complex UK property deals and built a £8billion+ portfolio.
Our portfolio now comprises over 7,500 properties spanning 65million sq ft, along with a development pipeline of more than 22,000 homes.
What we do
We have £2bn of investment equity to invest in large, corporate deals that suit our long-term private capital and our ability to drive value from complex real estate portfolios.
We buy commercial investment properties across the UK, from single assets to portfolios, focussing on assets where we can add value through our in-house asset management capability.
Through Lands Improvement, our strategic land business, we seek to invest in largescale greenfield and brownfield sites (200-5,000 dwellings), to deliver consented development land and the associated site infrastructure.
We seek to acquire brownfield sites and buildings primarily for residential-led development. We have an exceptional track record in securing planning permissions and building out schemes ranging from small developments to major projects.
We work in partnership with large occupiers of property to maximise the value of complex real estate portfolios through reducing costs, releasing capital and facilitating business transformation.
