£50m GDV Croydon industrial scheme hits the market
We have secured outline planning consent on our 4.6-acre site in Croydon to develop up to 115,000 sq ft of new build industrial space.
The site previously held 50,000 sq ft of dated industrial accommodation occupied by BT that after vacation in 2024, was demolished.
The approval confirmed the highways strategy to utilise a single access / egress point for the site, maximising site coverage and creating a GDV of £50m.
