2024 Annual Reception at the House of Commons

On Thursday 14th November, we hosted our Annual Reception at the iconic House of Commons, bringing together and thanking the incredible group of professionals who have assisted the Group over the years.

CEO Russell Gurnhill shared notable highlights for the Group in the past year including:

• Launching our latest residential development – The Wye College Collection – a stunning and unique Grade I and II listed group of buildings being restored and converted in the heart of Wye, Kent.
• Receiving planning permission on schemes totalling over 240 residential units, with applications submitted for a further 600 units across the UK. 
• Acquiring £24m of property and disposing of £32m of assets, along with over 230 residential unit plots for over £44m.

The evening was a celebration of achievements, filled with meaningful conversations and a shared vision for the future.
