Rob Blanchard

Rob joined the group in 2008 and was appointed to his current role as Treasurer in 2015, responsible for the group’s treasury and debt financing functions.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Rob has extensive treasury and corporate finance experience gained across a range of roles in the U.K. and Australia over the last 24+ years.

During his time at TT, Rob has been involved in over £4.6bn of both private and listed debt raisings and restructurings across the TT group, covering the finance of new acquisitions as well as existing property portfolios.
