Location: | London office at 5 Aldermanbury Square, EC2V 7HR. Minimum 3 days a week working from office, optional 2 days working from home. |
What you’ll be doing
As an analyst in the Business Modelling team, you will be working as part of a highly collaborative team. You will be using financial modelling and data analysis to support strategic decision-making on a range of projects that span the entire business.
You will be responsible for…
- A project in any of the areas of the business, modelling scenarios and performing cashflow analysis to identify the best commercial options – from new acquisitions, to optimising operations, to modelling financing opportunities and consolidating the best exit strategy.
- Collaborating with asset managers and finance to model Investment Committee cases from start to completion.
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasting and budget information, and presenting your analysis to senior management and the board.
- Constructing operational or strategic reports, transforming complex data into digestible formats used to inform decision making, improve business performance and drive change.

- You will also need to be a good communicator, as you will spend a lot of your time collaborating with all areas of the business.
- You will need to be someone who likes a challenge and is thorough, determined, and ambitious.
- You will be a highly numerate problem-solver, as evidenced by a strong academic background.
