Welcoming and lovely staff, just a small down the bed a bit small for a big old sod like me....

Undercliff was again, a lovely experience. Nice and quiet. Gorgeous cliff path walks. Beautiful views of Bouley Bay. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast! Richard and Ida are wonderful hosts.

Sallochy is a perfect balance between wild camping and using a commercial site. In a fantastic location, with just composting toilet and cold running water it offers essential facilities but no more....

Had a wonderful couple of days at Sallochy. Booked a loch side pitch, arrived around 2pm and got set up no bother....

I had booked a loch side pitch, and loved it. Some of the loch side pitches are a bit removed from the main campsite and the toilets, but waking up to the view of Loch Lomond is priceless....

Eurostar Offers

Eurostar Offers

Eurostar is a high-speed train service linking Ashford (Kent), Ebbsfleet (near Ramsgate, Kent), Paris, Brussels, Lille, Avignon, Calais, Disneyland Resort Paris and the French Alps.

From 19 December 2009 to 17 April 2010 you can hop on the Eurostar ski train at St Pancras International or Ashford International and be whisked direct to the Alps to the ski resorts of Moutiers, Aime-la-Plagne or Bourg-St-Maurice at 186mph.

Eurostar has become the number one choice for trips on the London to Paris and London to Brussels routes. The latest available figures showed that Eurostar have a 66% share of the London-Paris rail/air route, compared with 13% for its nearest competitor, British Airways. On the London-Brussels route, Eurostar has increased its share to 48%, whereas all its competitors saw their share fall. Nearly 1.7 million customers travelled on Eurostar in the final quarter of 2003.

Eurostar is changing the way that people travel between Europe and the UK. With the new Eurostar Channel Tunnel Rail Link that allows our trains to run at speeds of 186mph we've reduced return journey times by up to 40mins! Eurostar plan to reduce this journey time even further when works are completed on stage 2 of this programme. Eurostar directly links London, Ashford, Paris, Brussels, Lille, Avignon, Calais, Disneyland Resort Paris and the French Alps. You can also reach over 100 more destinations across France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany with Eurostar Connections.
