São Vincente Tourist Information

Located at the north-west coast of Madeira is São Vincente. The municipality is divided into three civil parishes, which are Boaventura, Ponta Delgada and São Vicente.
São Vincente lies at the coast, west of Santana and Machico and east of Porto Moniz.

Must See and Do Tourist Attractions in São Vincente

The São Vicente chapel is situated at a big boulder near the coastline of Madeira. You can also visit the popular caves of São Vicente or the Volcanism Centre.
Dr. Horácio Bento de Gouveia House Museum features displays of the works of this famous Madeiran teacher and writer. "Forno da Cal" Museum is also an interesting place to visit.
