vale, guernsey tourist information

Vale is a parish in the north of Guernsey, Channel Islands. The parish is divided into two territories. The island of Clos du Valle is separated by the Braye du Valle channel.
 

Must See and Do Tourist Attractions in Vale, Guernsey

L'Ancresse Common with the loop-holed tower and  L'Ancresse Bay show you the natural beauty of Vale's scenery. The common is one of the largest open grounds on Guernsey.
Vale Parish Church, Vale Castle, Bordeaux Harbour and Le Dolmen de Déhus are must see tourist attractions in Vale. Le Dolmen de Déhus contains a megalithic carving called Le Gardien.
 
 
Sport in Vale
 
Fort le Merchant is a shooting range. L'Ancress Common invites you to take a walk to admire the historic farmhouses and old villas. The Beaucette Marina offers a beautiful beach and the opportunity to go on a boat trip.
