    Very happy with this hotel, stayed here twice now and it's great location and great price, plus the wifi in your room is brilliant.

    Carpets in rooms and hallway look like they have seen their best time. But all in all a nice hotel for a good price!

    Represents very good value for money compared to other larger chains. Also has parking next door which many city centre hotels do not have in Nottingham. Only slight disappointment is that the bar was not open, but it was 4:30pm.

    We wanted a cheap room to stay in after a night out at rock city and found the perfect place! Virtualy next door to the venue it was perfect for us. It was clean, tidy and staff were great. We had a good nights sleep in the very big and comfortable bed and a warm powerful shower in the morning. We weren't disturbed by the venue either as it was closed well before midnight. We had a very pleasant walk to the hotel from the station, through the centre of the city, we could have got the tram but wanted to take a look around. Would highly recomend, everything you need at a very resonable price.

    Great if you want a night out in Nottingham or just a nice weekend of shopping! Breakfast was lovely, though was let down by their internet not working the night i was there.

    Very comfortable hotel, it was quiet with very little noise inside and none from outside.It was warm, the staffr were very helpful and polite. The restaraunt was good with a good selection of meals, food was well cprepared and cooked.

    We have stayed here many times in the past 5 years, and the hotel and facilities have always been excellent, however on this occasion the cleanliness of the room wasn't as good. The bed didn't look properly made and the linen was torn. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.

    I chose this hotel as its near to Rock City but little did I realise just how conveniently located it was, not just for the venue but the car park - no more than 50 yards between all 3. I didn't even take a coat to Rock City! The restaurant and room service were quick and staff sociable enough although the chap on the desk when we checked in could have a been a little more cheerful and welcoming. Overall, pretty good value for a city centre hotal but in any event I will definitely stay again because of the location.

    The Welbeck hotel is a clean, well organised hotel with friendly staff and a willingness to help. The hotel is well placed for Nottingham city centre and the view from the sunny, spacious breakfast room on the 7th floor is great.
    We have stayed twice and would go again and recommend to friends

    The room was spacious with a Queen size bed and good en-suite facility. A good size wall mounted TV with many sky channels. At £75 a night it was better value than the major low cost chains. A short walk to the city centre shopping/bar & restraunt area. I would try here first if looking to stay in Nottingham centre again. I did not use any other facilities.

    This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this hotel. The bar/restaurant on the top floor is really lovely, nice plasma screen tellies in the room, and just a 3 minute walk to the tram stop, or less than 10 minutes to the main Market Square. Easy to miss when driving as is hidden on the left, so you can't see it until you are there, and it's on a one-way street. Really should have remembered this from last year...

    I stay at the Welbeck 2 - 3 times a year as I get great service from the staff. This is despite cheap internet booking, added to which there is hotel subsidised NCP car parking next door and it is close to Rock City - perfect for me.
