The Uplands Hotel has been awarded 3 stars by Visit Britain. It used to be a former Jersey Dairy farm and parts of the hotel date back to the seventeenth century.
St Helier town centre is a 20 minute walk away (down a steep hill). It is easy to explore Jersey by bus as there is a bus stop near the hotel's entrance. The hotel is close to the Green Lane network where you can walk and cycle and the hotel has bike racks. If you want to hire a car there is plenty of free parking (approximately 50 spaces).
There are 43 modern en-suite bedrooms with bath or shower room. Rooms have central heating, satellite television, radio, tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone.
Uplands Hotel has its own gardens with an original Jersey granite "Apple Crusher" as its central feature and an attractive outdoor heated swimming pool and sun lounge.
The restaurant offers a daily table d'hôte evening menu as well as the traditional full English buffet breakfast. Vegetarian menus are available and there is a licensed bar.

12 high quality serviced apartments located within the grounds and they are ideal for self-catering family holidays. Guests booking this accommodation are free to use the hotel's facilities. All apartments are serviced daily for our visitors between April and October and a coin operated laundry is available.
Apartment facilities include free Wi-Fi satellite TV/ DVD player, telephone, trouser press and separate access allowing you freedom to come and go as you please. There is a small well stocked mini supermarket shop a couple of hundred metres uphill from the hotel.
Two Person Apartments:- provide kitchenette with a lounge/diner, providing twin/double bedded bedroom and bathroom
Two Person + Apartments (maximum 5 persons):- include lounge/diner with pull down double bed and a separate kitchen, bathroom and triple bedded bedroom. It can be configured with three single beds or a double and single arrangement
