The Club Hotel & Spa offers 46 luxurious bedrooms including 8 suites, each lavishly appointed with the finest feather beds, dressed with Frette Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down quilts and feather bed mattress covers to ensure the perfect night’s sleep. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and also have large full height windows which open to a balustrade.
The stylish granite bathrooms all feature power showers and have Floringo bath sheet towels, robes, slippers and L'Occitaneproducts.
Bedroom facilities include: flat screen TVs, DVD/CD players, B&O portable telephones and private bars. Bedrooms are equipped with safes for your valuables such as jewels and laptops, and Wi-Fi access is available in all the rooms free of charge.
Restaurant
The Club Hotel & Spa is home to Bohemia Restaurant, the 4 AA Rosette restaurant which is a renowned gastronomic destination in Jersey. Under the expert direction of Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, you can enjoy such delicacies as Jersey asparagus, locally caught sea bass, lobster, crab and Royal Bay oysters and foie gras. Famous Jersey produce such as milk from the famous Jersey cow, Royal Bay Oysters and hand dived scallops, and the Jersey Royal Potato are all used.
The dining room and private Bohemia rooms allow a choice of intimacy and style as well as atmosphere and decadency or try the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen to absorb the energy of a Michelin Star kitchen for up to 6 guests.
