St Margaret's Lodge Hotel is one of Guernsey's longest established hotels that is perfect for either short breaks or longer stays. Located only 3 miles form St Peter Port and only half a mile from the South Coast Cliffs with their stunning views and cliff path walks. All rooms are en-suite and facilities include a gourmet acclaimed restaurant and outdoor heated swimming pool. We are open all year round and are known by the locals for our sumptuous dishes.

We cater for all your needs, meetings, shows and functions and pride ourselves on our professionalism and family approach.

Accommodation

When you arrive you will be welcomed by our luxurious and relaxing lounge and terrace bar which leads to our conservatory that looks over the garden and the swimming pool. Single rooms as well as twin rooms are available. We also cater for families by having family rooms, which are larger and more spacious than our standard rooms. Our suites (Runnymead, Northumbria and Lanercost) come fully furnished with a bedroom and a living room. They overlook the garden and complimentary flowers and fruits form part of the warm welcome you receive. The suites are ideal for honeymoon and special occasions.

All our rooms are en-suite with tea/coffee facilities, radio and television, all are equipped with hair dryer and trouser press. Ironing and laundry facilities are available including dry cleaning if required. We also have a lift that provides easy access to all floors. To help parents with young babies, we have a baby-sitting service. Room service is also available.

Other facilities include a large pool table and by arrangement Tennis, Golf, Horse Riding and Bicycles etc.

Restaurant

The stylish gourmet acclaimed Garden Restaurant is a cool haven at the end of the day, where a complete range of dining options is offered to suit all styles, tastes and budgets. Our team of friendly and experienced staff as well as the award winning cuisine will make it hard for you not to succumb to the sheer pleasure of dining with us. As for daytime meals, we can offer a very wide variety of international dishes from our bar menu.

You will have the choice between Table d'Hote menu and many specialities of our Master Chef's, many of our dishes are prepared from fresh local seafood and locally grown produce. Vegetarian dishes are always a feature and we shall be pleased to cater for any specific diets.

We can help out with arrangements, menus, floral decorations, wines and other drinks, seating plans as well as musical entertainment. With our compliments, the Bride and Groom will enjoy overnight accommodation on their Wedding Day.

Birthdays, Engagements and Christenings

All parties can be catered for, the Cordiere Suite can accommodate 120 persons, it is fully self-contained with a private bar and dance floor, we can organize for all your needs e.g. music, pre-reception drinks etc.
