Excellent place to stay, even when raining! Will go back when the weather is better and make the most of the beautiful grounds. The room was small but nicely decorated and furnished well. A little more attention to detail when cleaning would be good as there was quite a lot of cobwebs around! We didn't return to our room until gone 11.30pm and was pleased to feel that the room was lovely and warm. Most comfortable bed with luxury linen, we slept like a log even thought the weather outside was howling. Breakfast was excellent in the lovely restaurant overlooking the estuary. We paid £75 for B&B for a standard double room and I would say that this represented good value for money overall. We stayed for business reasons but would gladly return for a romantic retreat!

Slebech Park is a fantastic place to spend a few nights away from the hussle and bussle. The location and setting is idealic, very tranquil. With Tenby, Saundersfoot, Milford Haven approximately 20 minutes away is well placed. We went with the dinner bed and breakfast option and the food was excellent. The room was clean, confortable and spacious and combined with the various lounge areas and breath taking views made the stay that little bit more special. One criticism that I have is the tall windows in the room we stayed could do with blinds-curtains covering the windows from floor to ceiling as I like to sleep in darkness (especially during the short summer nights). Apart from this there is no doubt I will highly recommend the place and hope to return in the near future.

This hotel has a superb location overlooking the Cleddau estuary. The hotel is surrounded by countryside ideal for walking. The hotel takes dogs and my wife and I noted that several people staying had brought their dogs with them. Our room was well presented but a little small with a pleasant view. We stayed on a dinner and B&B tariff. The food was excellent and well served by attentive staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a 'country-house style' hotel.

The service was excellant, the room was a delight. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal, with again, excellant service. Our only slight criticism was that at breakfast on both days we felt that the dining room was understaffed. The staff were trying very hard to do everything but there was more work than the 2 of them could cope with.

We stayed here for 3 nights and have no complaints whatsoever. All we would say is don't be put off by the outside look of the hotel, the inside is superb. The manager said that the owner wants to retain the outside appearance as the building has been in the family for generations. Service is excellent and the food is top quality. The place is so quiet and peaceful. If you want excitement and noisy entertainment go elsewhere but if you enjoy walks, wildlife and tranquility this is the place. We will return!

We stayed here for a two night break whilst touring the Pembrokeshire area. We took the option of Bed, Breakfast and Dinner. The food was excellent, and prepared to a very good standard. The room was very nice with all the amenities that you would expect from a good quality hotel. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, and attentive with an excellent level of service. It was very central for exploring the local countryside, and had a wonderful outlook over the Cleddau Estuary. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel at all.

My wife and I were looking for a short break. Having found Slebech Park we were amazed at the high quality of residence and attention to detail we found. The food was excellent. The staff friendly and although quite new to the Park, they were well versed with procedures and on the one occasion we felt displeased, we were immediately effectively dealt with by the owner himself. We also had an excellent, peaceful walk round the estate guided by the owner who told us a lot about its history. A paddle in the canoes available on site ended the trip in the best way possible. Seeing this wonderful house and grounds from the river was superb. Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou!

Found Slebech Park no problem. Along the long winding drive we encountered some partridges which was a prelude to a stay, with nature playing a prominent part. We were upgraded to a beautiful studio room, the views from which were amazing. Dinner was of a good quality and at £25 for a set menu good value. We only stayed one night but both agreed that to fully appreciate the beauty of the place 2 nights would be better. The wild life and tranquil walks are awe inspiring. Having just recovered from a life threatening illness I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this experience was. Thank you Slebech Park.

Location of Slebech Park is superb and it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning with the views of the sea inlet. Steeped in history with a 13th Century ruined church in the grounds. Staff were very helpful and dinner was first class. Definately a five star breakfast and recommend the local pork and leek sausage. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed just for one night as part as the Valentines Package. Intitally we were a little bit concerned on arrival as the place had a deserted feel about it and there was noone in reception. We also had to carry our own bag to our room which we thought a bit unusual for a 5 star hotel but from the moment we got to our room we realised we were somewhere special. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious and with a breathtaking view over the estuary. We went for a little walk around the grounds which were lovely with the ruins of a 12th century church a fascinating discovery. The meal we had that night in the restaraunt was phenomally good and the service was excellent. One tiny niggle was that we werent offered any coffee after our meal but again I`m being very picky there. We would defintlely go back here and stay - it was absolutley magical.

Slebech Park is remote the location in countryside overlooking an estuary is idyllic with fabulous views and great opportunities for walks. Reception was welcoming friendly and painless but could have taken a little more trouble over explaining the room facilities because these were hi-tech and took bit of getting used to but were definitely a bonus. Odd niggles were things electronic keys which proved a little idiosyncratic but this was very minor and one of the the TVs . All difficulties were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had a suite which was spacious and stylishly furnished. The beds were comfortable and gave goodnight's sleep. The excellent en suite bathrooms were modern, minimalistic and provided with expensive Molton-Brown soaps and shampoos One of the bathrooms required a little extra care with cleaning but the indications were that the rest of the hotel was cleaned to high standard. The food was of a very high standard and the restaurant service very good. Good choices of menu for all meals including a Welsh breakfast option. Our stay was very enjoyable, hospitality was good, we would go again and are happy to recommend it.

A lovely place, very peaceful. I did wander when I arrived why there was such limited lighting between the car park & the reception but apparantly this is because they have bats nesting on the grounds! Room was very nice & clean with Molton Brown complementary shampoo. Food in the restaurant was lovely! I had the Welsh Black Fillet - it was expensive but the quality was worth it (although I would have liked a few more potato wedges to fill me up slightly more!)

The setting is unique and we should like to explore the area more, but due to the short winter nights this was restricted. The room was very comfortable and the sitting room a real bonus to relax in. The food was excellent and the presentation on welsh slate very imaginative. Overall a lovely stay and one we should like to repeat.

We found your hotel by accident and we love it. It is so good to stay somewhere that matches the description. It is a beautiful spot, very relaxing, the room was lovely and very clean. Staff were also very attentive - a great experience, thank you.

If you need peace & quite to relax look no more you will find it here. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked more. Staff were first class and made your stay a time to remember.

We stayed whilst visiting family in the area and found that the choice of accommodation in and around Haverfordwest was limited (to say the least!) Slebech was just what we needed! The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was enormous and VERY comfy and the brekkie was delicious :-) I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel property is eco-oriented and part of an old estate located on an inlet of an estuary. The property is known for it's food which is fabulous and the staff is comprised mainly of hotel school interns from Cardiff who are all energetic and aim to please.

The rooms are all travel fashion chic and include sunken tubs and updated amenities and I would advise anyone to upgrade to rooms that overlook the estuary.

We stayed midweek and there was a remoteness and quiet to the property however, I would check to see whether an event, i.e. wedding or corporate function is taking place since that would alter your stay.

We got a great deal on Late Rooms and ended up having a room with separate sitting room, kitchen and dining area all for about £110 which was amazing value - though I do think the rack rate is far more. Great position on the edge of the estuary with lovely walks alongside the water and even an old wreck of a chapel to explore.

You really feel you have got away from it all when you arrive having driven a couple of miles off the A40 down private roads. Warning - it can be quite hard to find if you dont download their directions and rely on your sat nav. The food in the evening was very good and great value - though we did get the feeling that the waiter/bar man wasnt very comfortable doing his job.

All the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The building itself isnt very attractive but the setting is so spectacular, as are the grounds, that you hardly notice. Will definetly return.

My Husband and I booked this hotel at the last minute, we were sent directions as soon as we booked which really helped us find the hotel as it was really off the beaten track. Once we got to the hotel we realised why it was off the beaten track as it was such a fatastic location. The room was good with a kitchen attached, the bathroom was also nice. The TV in the room had free movies (a bit like being on a plane).

We ate in the hotel restaurant every night (we stayed 3 nights) and we weren't dissapppointed. Every meal was great and you could tell the food was fresh. A lot of the food was grown on site or sourced locally. The girls working in the hotel were extremely helpful. Breakfast was also yummy. The first morning was nice weather so we ate outside and it was lovely.

The grounds are really nice to walk round especially the church. I really enjoyed our stay in Pembrokshire and would definitely visit again. St David's was a great day out, we went on a boat trip and saw seals
