Location of Slebech Park is superb and it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning with the views of the sea inlet. Steeped in history with a 13th Century ruined church in the grounds. Staff were very helpful and dinner was first class. Definately a five star breakfast and recommend the local pork and leek sausage. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed just for one night as part as the Valentines Package. Intitally we were a little bit concerned on arrival as the place had a deserted feel about it and there was noone in reception. We also had to carry our own bag to our room which we thought a bit unusual for a 5 star hotel but from the moment we got to our room we realised we were somewhere special. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious and with a breathtaking view over the estuary. We went for a little walk around the grounds which were lovely with the ruins of a 12th century church a fascinating discovery. The meal we had that night in the restaraunt was phenomally good and the service was excellent. One tiny niggle was that we werent offered any coffee after our meal but again I`m being very picky there. We would defintlely go back here and stay - it was absolutley magical.

Slebech Park is remote the location in countryside overlooking an estuary is idyllic with fabulous views and great opportunities for walks. Reception was welcoming friendly and painless but could have taken a little more trouble over explaining the room facilities because these were hi-tech and took bit of getting used to but were definitely a bonus. Odd niggles were things electronic keys which proved a little idiosyncratic but this was very minor and one of the the TVs . All difficulties were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had a suite which was spacious and stylishly furnished. The beds were comfortable and gave goodnight's sleep. The excellent en suite bathrooms were modern, minimalistic and provided with expensive Molton-Brown soaps and shampoos One of the bathrooms required a little extra care with cleaning but the indications were that the rest of the hotel was cleaned to high standard. The food was of a very high standard and the restaurant service very good. Good choices of menu for all meals including a Welsh breakfast option. Our stay was very enjoyable, hospitality was good, we would go again and are happy to recommend it.

We came to Slebech Park for a last minute stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is unique and we should like to explore the area more, but due to the short winter nights this was restricted. The room was very comfortable and the sitting room a real bonus to relax in. The food was excellent and the presentation on welsh slate very imaginative. Overall a lovely stay and one we should like to repeat.

A lovely place, very peaceful. I did wander when I arrived why there was such limited lighting between the car park & the reception but apparantly this is because they have bats nesting on the grounds! Room was very nice & clean with Molton Brown complementary shampoo. Food in the restaurant was lovely! I had the Welsh Black Fillet - it was expensive but the quality was worth it (although I would have liked a few more potato wedges to fill me up slightly more!)

Excellent hotel in a superb pert of wales and the location was fantastic. Even though we arrived a day early they managed to find us an excellent room in the Orangery and the room facilities were superb. The food was excellent and the service provided by the staff was also excellent and even allowed room for our small dog to stay with us in our room. Only small issue is that it is difficult to find as no sat nav will locate it and instructions given are difficult to follow.

We stayed whilst visiting family in the area and found that the choice of accommodation in and around Haverfordwest was limited (to say the least!) Slebech was just what we needed! The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was enormous and VERY comfy and the brekkie was delicious :-) I'd definitely stay here again!

This hotel property is eco-oriented and part of an old estate located on an inlet of an estuary. The property is known for it's food which is fabulous and the staff is comprised mainly of hotel school interns from Cardiff who are all energetic and aim to please.

The rooms are all travel fashion chic and include sunken tubs and updated amenities and I would advise anyone to upgrade to rooms that overlook the estuary.

We stayed midweek and there was a remoteness and quiet to the property however, I would check to see whether an event, i.e. wedding or corporate function is taking place since that would alter your stay.

We got a great deal on Late Rooms and ended up having a room with separate sitting room, kitchen and dining area all for about £110 which was amazing value - though I do think the rack rate is far more. Great position on the edge of the estuary with lovely walks alongside the water and even an old wreck of a chapel to explore.

You really feel you have got away from it all when you arrive having driven a couple of miles off the A40 down private roads. Warning - it can be quite hard to find if you dont download their directions and rely on your sat nav. The food in the evening was very good and great value - though we did get the feeling that the waiter/bar man wasnt very comfortable doing his job.

All the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The building itself isnt very attractive but the setting is so spectacular, as are the grounds, that you hardly notice. Will definetly return.

My Husband and I booked this hotel at the last minute, we were sent directions as soon as we booked which really helped us find the hotel as it was really off the beaten track. Once we got to the hotel we realised why it was off the beaten track as it was such a fatastic location. The room was good with a kitchen attached, the bathroom was also nice. The TV in the room had free movies (a bit like being on a plane).

We ate in the hotel restaurant every night (we stayed 3 nights) and we weren't dissapppointed. Every meal was great and you could tell the food was fresh. A lot of the food was grown on site or sourced locally. The girls working in the hotel were extremely helpful. Breakfast was also yummy. The first morning was nice weather so we ate outside and it was lovely.

The grounds are really nice to walk round especially the church. I really enjoyed our stay in Pembrokshire and would definitely visit again. St David's was a great day out, we went on a boat trip and saw seals
