Location. Offering views of Ben Vrackie mountain, Scotland's Hotel is a three storey Victorian spa hotel situated in Pitlochry town centre, two miles from Loch Faskally. Edinburgh Airport is 70 miles away and can be reached in around 90 minutes by car. Hotel Features. The hotel features a health spa complete with a gym, sauna, spa tub and indoor pool, and offers a range of health and beauty treatments including Swedish, sports and aromatherapy massages. The hotel's public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access. Staff on the 24 hour front desk can assist with room service requests and look after valuables in the safe deposit box. Those arriving by car will find complimentary parking on site. A full Scottish breakfast is served each morning, and the Faskally Restaurant and MacNabs Bistro offer a range of local dishes prepared using fresh local produce. The traditional highland bar serves Scottish casseroles, game dishes and a choice of malt whiskies, and hosts regular live music. Guestrooms. The 72 guestrooms are furnished in a simple, traditional style and include satellite television, direct dial phones, clock radios, coffee and tea making facilities and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Expert Tip. Blair Castle, eight miles from the hotel, is one of Scotland's major stately homes. Standing at the gateway to the Grampian Mountains, the castle features a smooth white façade and pointed towers and turrets that give it a magical, fairy tale appearance.
