Bedrooms
All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished in pine with coordinated decoration. Each of our bedrooms has en-suite (shower & toilet), Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television.LoungeFor your extra comfort we have a relaxing lounge to browse brochures and plan what to do or to rest after spending a day sightseeing or shopping.This rooom also has a television.
Breakfast
This is a light and spacious room with a traditional feel which sets the mood for the day.Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am Monday to Friday and 8 to 9.30am Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Mondays. Breakfast can be served at other times by prior arrangement We serve a cold buffet which consists of Fruit Juices and Cereal.This is followed by a full English breakfast - Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Fried bread and Tomato, Mushrooms or baked beans. All this is served with Toast and Filter Coffee or Tea.

The grade of the rooms is based both on the outlook from the rooms and the size of the bedrooms. Le Chalet Hotel has several Junior Suites, ideal accommodation for families with one child. These family suites are equipped with sofa beds. Guest rooms offer views of Fermain Valley or sea views toward Fermain Bay and the neighbouring Channel Islands beyond.
The Valley Health Suite Guernsey
Le Chalet Hotel has a small health suite - The Valley Health Suite - which includes an indoor swim spa with jacuzzi, a sauna and a solarium. There are also indoor seats on which to relax if the weather is inclement, but on sunny days the swim spa opens out onto a large sun deck for the exclusive use of hotel residents. On the sun deck hotel guests can unwind completely and enjoy the peace and beauty of Fermain valley.

The varied five course dinner menu changes daily and always offers a vegetarian option. In addition the The Garden Restaurant also offers an extensive a' la carte menu featuring fresh Guernsey seafood and fish.
Guests on half board terms may take advantage of our dinner exchange scheme and enjoy dinner at any of these Guernsey Restaurants: Les Rocquettes, Moores Hotel or Hotel de Havelet. Lunches and suppers are also available in the Fermain Valley Lounge Bar and Terrace overlooking the valley and islands.

A very popular lunch venue for Guernsey folk is The Fermain Valley Lounge Bar and Terrace. The view from the terrace over the sea towards the Channel Island of Sark is breathtaking. A selection of supper dishes are available each evening for hotel guests who prefer a lighter evening meal.
