With its own private garden with seating it is perfect for coffee breaks or lunch when the weather is fine. In Classroom layout it can accommodate 15, Boardroom style 22, Theatre style 26 and Dining style 12 people. Duke of Normandy suite is perfect for any event; the shape of the room allows you to host anything from an art exhibition to a classroom style meeting. The suite has its own entrance at the side of the hotel, private bar and bathroom facilities. In Classroom layout it can accommodate 40, Boardroom style 20, Theatre style 60 and Dining style 30 people. The Ballroom is a large and spacious function room.
It has its own stage and P/A system and spotlights and stage lighting is also available if required. In Classroom layout it can accommodate 80, Boardroom style 50, Theatre style 160 and Dining style 70 people. Finally there is The Burgundy Room, the largest of the hotel's function rooms, and it is renowned throughout the island of Jersey. It hosts the hotels popular entertainment programme which has been running since 1984. With its own entrance, bathroom facilities, bar, stage area with a P/A system and stage lighting, there are no limits to what it can cater for. In Classroom layout it can accommodate 80, Boardroom style 50, Theatre style 180 and Dining style 150 people.
