Fort D'auvergne Hotel

The Fort d'Auvergne hotel is a quality establishment, built on the site of a maritime fort that once guarded St Helier.

Fort d'Auvergne Hotel in St Helier, Jersey is located right beside the seaside and an easy walk into St Helier town centre. There is only a pedestrian promenade separating the hotel and the sea shore. Two sides of the hotel are bordered by sea and sandy beaches. The hotel has a large private seafront sun terrace area for the exclusive enjoyment of its guests.

The hotel offers a choice of bedrooms with seaside views and hotel rooms with a balcony overlooking the bay. All rooms have en-suite shower or bath rooms plus television, radio and tea and coffee making facilities. Most hotel rooms are accessible via a lift.

The hotel welcomes families and has a children's playroom.

Fort d'Auvergne Hotel has a luxury indoor swimming pool complex which has spectacular seaside views as does the air conditioned seafront table d'hote restaurant (Vegetarian menu is available), 'Promenade Bar' and lounge.

A tasty buffet style full English breakfast is served daily and at lunch time bar snacks are available from 'Promenade Bar'.

There is no on site parking but bike racks are available. Exploring the rest of Jersey is easy as there is a fantastic bus service which stops outside the hotel. The main bus station in St Helier town centre is also just a short walk from the hotel.

Fort d'Auvergne Hotel does offer some entertainment on certain evenings (May - September).
