Rooms
The 45 bedrooms at Fermain Valley Hotel are exquisitely decorated and have been individually designed to an exceptional standard. Bedrooms are either in the main hotel building or in an exclusive and peaceful Upper Garden Building just a short stroll away in the gardens. Room types are available in three categories: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, depending on their size and location. Many bedrooms offer spectacular views out to sea and over our stunning landscaped gardens, and some even enjoy private balconies.
Upper Garden Room
The beautifully designed en-suite Upper Garden rooms are located in a separate building just outside the main hotel and mostly overlook the gardens. These elegant rooms feature the same individual attention to detail as bedrooms in the main hotel, and are available in either twin or double room types.
Gold Rooms
The relaxing Gold rooms enjoy personal balconies and/or stunning sea views out towards our neighbouring islands.
Platinum Rooms

The Valley Restaurant offers relaxed and contemporary dining with a fine dining restaurant as well as a relaxed Brasserie which includes an outside decking area offering stunning views of the valley and out to sea.
The delicious cuisine includes plenty of fresh seafood specialties and delicious home grown seasonal vegetables, making the most of Guernsey's local produce. The seasonal menu and daily specials offer plenty of choice, and the 'Catch of the Day' is a firm favourite.
Breakfast is also served in The Valley Brasserie with a choice of a traditional full English breakfast or a fresh buffet including fruit, muesli, yoghurt and our famous Blueberry pancakes.
