Adrienne and Stephen Case, the proprietors, will make you extremely welcome should you come to visit. The Inverleith has a friendly family atmosphere with a licensed residents' bar - where hotel residents may sample a good selection of malt whiskies, wines, spirits, bottled and canned beers.

Breakfasts and Meals at the Inverleith Hotel, EdinburghWe offer a wholesome breakfast, which is served between From 8 - 9.30 am Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 10am Saturday and Sundays, in our ground floor breakfast room.

full Scottish breakfast with any variation (or all) of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, hash-browns, mushrooms, baked beans, haggis and porridge on request
Vegetarian breakfast: Any of full breakfast items plus double baked vegetable egg flan.
Continental breakfast: Grapefruit, yoghurt scottish cheddar, Oatcakes and fruit chutney.

We now offer a room service/light snack menu - which guests can have in our dining room if they wish.
(For those requiring breakfast earlier than designated times - a light packed breakfast can be supplied the night before, which includes - carton of orange juice, yoghurt and cereal bar)

There is a local bus service -buses 23, 27, 8 from Princes Street- on your doorstep which will take you all around Scotland's famous capital. We are 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Edinburgh, 20 minutes walk from Waverley central railway station and the bus station. The airport is a 30 minute drive away.
Enjoy the tranquil setting of Inverleith amongst the splendour of the Botanic gardens and many parks and walks; yet Princes Street and the hub of city life are only 15 minutes away.

Checking out of rooms must be completed by 10.30 a.m. We would appreciate your co-operation with this, as our domestic cleaners work to a very tight schedule.
