In the spacious gardens there is a heated swimming pool and adjacent garden terrace where light snacks and drinks are served. Laid out in 30 acres of parkland is the challenging nine-hole golf course, opened in 1994 by Ryder Cup Captain Ian Woosnam and described as one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. In Harry Vardon’s restaurant the chef uses seasonal fresh produce, sourced in Jersey, within the various dinner menus.
