A wonderful hotel!!Really can't fault it. Breakfast amazing!! Loved the pub!!!! Would have been completely 5* except our room had no view and was a little dark. However it was so comfy and we were only in there first thing in the morning and in the evening it did not spoil our holiday at all.

always dubious about booking new hotel, but knew i had picked the right one as soon as igot into the hotel. very warm greeting. room was smallish but as i was on my own i didnt need anything bigger and i had everything i could want in the room. bed was so comfortable en-suite facilities very good, cleanliness excellent. reception desk always helpful and friendly. the meal and atmosphere in the bar very good and informal. i even managed to get a massage as one of the barman was a trained masseur which was fantastic. hotel really is only 2 mins walk from st pter port, shops and bus station. am already saving up to back again next year.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our Silver Wedding. Once we had been dropped off by a rather grumpy taxi driver we were greeted by a smiling check in desk and from then on the next 10 days were simply perfect.
Our executive room was spacious and well equipped, with chocolate and champagne a lovely touch for our arrival and our big day.
Food in the brasserie and bar was very good, and the waiting, bar and reception staff were unfailingly courteous and cheerful.
A hotel full of charm and character in the centre of a lovely town. The return taxi driver redeemed his trade. He was lovely.

Our room was very good, breakfast was equally very good and the personnel were all very halpful and charming. This Hotel is perfectly located for those, like me, who like to stroll to and from the 'Restaurant district' in the evning. Parking is a bit of an 'experience' but was not an inconvenience of any note. Have I stayed at other Guernsey Hotels - yes a number. Would I stay at the Normandie again; definitely - it is now at the top of my list.
