Good price value. The room is very nice and clean. The service is great. Excellent breakfast which was cooked just in front of me. The personnel is willing to help to the maximum. It is not far from Brunel University main entrance. I was there for one day and really enjoyed staying!

I stayed with my daughter prior to an Open Day at Brunel University. The guest house is ideally placed. The family room is huge and we had a comfortable night's sleep. The manager Diana was friendly and interesting and made the breakfast experience a really pleasurable event.

Friendly staff, B&B is clean and good value for money. Don't expect 5 star its a B&B. Breakfast good value although was a little cooler than I would have liked but plenty of it. Little things need attention like sink plug missing
